1DAYには頼もしいマッチョメンがお客さんとして参加してくれました～
力よりも経験と知識でクリアする僕も今日は力を見方にしました。普段出来ない遊びや、新技にもチャレンジしちゃいました
また、漕ぎも力強い
ぐいぐい進みます。しかしラフティングは力だけでは進みません
呼吸を合わせることこそもっとも重要
